Combat Capability Developer / Analyst / Secret Clearance

Salary range - $80,000 to $84,000

Job Summary:

LAUKOA is seeking a Combat Capability Developer / Analyst to provide support services for the Command-and-Control Integration (C2I) Directorate of Mission Command Center of Excellence (MCCoE) by assisting in the rapid modernization of the Army. The role involves identifying emerging solutions, coordinating capabilities, and training enhancers, and contributing to the transformation of the Army to a common operating environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a monthly status report to the Contracting Officer’s Representative.
  • Support the Army Data Workforce Sessions (ADWSs) by organizing and scheduling required sessions, coordinating with various organizations, and developing event planning documents.
  • Support the Enabling Decision-Making Implementation Plan (EDMIP) by reviewing and analyzing current plans and providing recommended adjustments after synchronization work group sessions.
  • Participate in various on-site meetings and summits to support decision-making and resource planning sessions to include the Network Summit (e.g., Information Advantage) and Enabling Decision Making Synchronization Working Group (EDMSWG) meetings.
  • Support Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and Strategic Portfolio Analysis Review (SPAR) sessions and participate in the resourcing of mission command network implementation plans.
  • Assist in the development and execution of the Army Network Plan Framework and Army Network Implementation Plan.
  • Participate in assessments and experiments to improve decision-making processes.
  • Participate in Department of the Army Level meetings to support the integration and collaboration of Mission Command Network equities.
  • Review new information systems requirement documents to ensure compliance with the Common Operating Environment (COE).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • At least two (2) years of experience in TRADOC, with a preference for experience in a Center of Excellence.
  • Must have a SECRET security clearance upon individual performance start date.
  • Three (3) or more years of military experience in education and/or training development process.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Three (3) or more years of military experience and skills in the Joint Capability Integration Development System (JCIDS) process and development of requirements documents.
  • Graduate of Army service schools equivalent to Military Education Level (MEL) 4 training or better.
