Job Summary:
The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control processes to ensure product quality meets company standards. This role involves overseeing the inspection of products and procedures, identifying areas for improvement, and maintaining compliance with regulations and industry standards.
Annual Salary: $100,000.00- $130,000.00 based on interview and experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in quality control management.
- Strong knowledge of quality control standards and procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience with quality control software and tools.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.
- Oversee the inspection of products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Identify areas for improvement in quality control processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Train and mentor quality control staff.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports on quality control metrics and outcomes.
- Implement corrective actions to enhance product quality.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in quality control practices.
